Sit on a crowded train and try to spot the people who are “not” using a mobile phone, irrespective of their age. They are getting scarcer and scarcer. Some are reading the newspaper by subscription on their device, some are watching films, some are texting, and many are playing games. In order to be successful creators, communicators and persuaders, we have to move with them. And that’s why GD&D needs to transform itself into a new concept. A software house that’s not a software house and an advertising agency that’s not an advertising agency.

Yesterday of course, we were as software house. But today we need to understand social media, websites and the intranet. Yesterday we were a traditional advertising agency and today we must communicate and persuade cross-platforms. The lines that once separated one set of skills from another are becoming more and more blurred. So, the work you see here will be reflect this.

There are two work sections; one for software and one for advertising but the overlap between the two sections is significant.

More and more clients for whom we write software are asking us to promote both the software and the company.

So, we’re a hybrid of the two and the beginning of a new species. You won’t have seen this concept before, but that’s what keeps us creative and that’s what keeps us ahead of the game. Enjoy and cash in!
